Battery Informatics,Inc., (Bii) was founded in November 2015 with the mission of developing the next generation Battery Management System (BMS) for Li-ion batteries based on technologies developed at University of Washington. After an initial development of business plans, demos, and much discussion, Bii is now poised to start serving customer needs in the EV, grid, and PV markets. The company is funded by ARPA-E, University of Washington, early commercial customers, and "sweat equity" from the co-founders. The company is at this early stage looking for exceptional talent plus customers who are looking for a competitive advantage with an advanced BMs.
